The 24-Tool Automatic Tool Changer is a well proven 24 Station Random Select Automatic Tool Changer with a single acting arm. Up to 3" dia tools can be loaded into adjacent stations. Tool holders are interchangeable with many other MHP machining centers.
The Tool Touch Probe is a table mounted probe and the necessary system interface facilitates the automatic entry of tool length for offset data. A canned cycle is used to position the X and Y axis; the Z axis then brings the tool down until the probe is contacted.
The HYDRA-PATH III Control is an advanced state-of-the-art systems that offers many unique features that simplify programming and operation of the MHP Machining Center.
